CM displays culinary and artistic excellence

College of Management

The College of Management held a Mall Exhibit and Variety of Demonstrations last October 5, 2013 at the Main Atrium of NE Pacific Mall which features culinary, bar and table setting skills of HRM students.

A food exhibit and display of flower arrangement as the centerpiece of the venue made by Mr. Kevin Jampil, a fourth year BSHRM student opened the exhibit. People passing by the atrium took the time to glance at the special dishes mostly taught by the Management Coordinator, Ms. Crystalyn C. Aguilar. The audience was stunned with the free taste of the selected dishes in the exhibit.
Mr. Kevin Jampil also demonstrated how to arrange a bunch of lovely and colorful flowers and create a centerpiece for a cocktail and fora presidential table. He even invited some of the audience to try as it is very simple to make.
Ms. Juliet Dela Cruz, a fourth year BSHRM student and a two-time champion in the Fiesta Challenge at Robinsons Mall last 2011 and 2012 grabbed the spatula and started cooking Chicken A La King, with the help of her partner, Mr. Lemuel Mallari, also a fourth year BSHRM student. Ms. Chari Aryssa Gosuico, a fourth year BSHRM student, also a champion in the Fiesta Challenge at Robinsons Mall this year with Alexis Cortez, a BSHRM student demonstrates how to cook Grilled Chicken Curry. Both dishes were gladly tasted by selected audience.
Before the program ended, Prof. Alden V. De Guzman, OIC of the College of Arts and Sciences and College of Management, and Mr. Ronald Santiago, a third year BSHRM student demonstrated mixology of drinks. The audience was thrilled to taste the drinks: Margarita, Bikini Martini and Tequila Sunrise. Patricia Carmelo, a fourth year BSHRM student and Ms. Mary Joyce Hipolito, a faculty of the department hosted the program.
